They called on her to stay away, but she did not heed their calls. At some point she drew a sharp object and stabbed one of the soldiers in the stomach. The soldiers responded by shooting her.The victim, in his early 20s, was taken to an Israeli hospital with light wounds to his abdomen.The terrorist sustained serious wounds and was likewise taken to an Israeli hospital. The attack occurred during the Muslim month of Ramadan, during which the IDF fears there will be an intensification of Palestinian terror attacks as a result of augmented incitement at the mosques and the increase in religious fervor.
