One of the victims is reportedly in serious condition.The suspect, who appeared to have been armed with a knife, was neutralized by police while attempting to flee the scene.According to the BBC, the police have so far not determined the incident as a terror attack. At the same time, the police have not confirmed the motives or the mental state of the suspect.Two months ago, 12 people were killed and 48 injured in a car ramming attack at a Christmas market in Germany’s, Berlin.
