WATCH: Netanyahu Affirms Commitment to Temple Mount Status Quo

Returning from meetings with US Secretary of State Kerry and EU High Representative Mogherini, Prime Minister Netanyahu provided an update on current events at Sunday’s cabinet meeting.

As a means to combat false claims that Israel is trying to change the status quo on the Temple Mount, and to show what is really happening there, security cameras will be installed.

The status quo will remain exactly the same, providing Muslims with exclusive prayer rights, while Jews are allowed access to the Temple Mount.

Netanyahu then addressed recent events, including an Israeli-Arab who flew over the Israeli border with Syria in a paraglider in order to join ISIS.
