WATCH: Did Hillary Clinton lie?

Some of Hillary Clinton’s claims to Congress have now been proven false. But does that constitute perjury? Not necessarily, according to the FBI.

The FBI investigation concluded that statements made by Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, while testifying in court, were untrue. It seems that according to the investigators, however, the question is whether she deliberately lied about her emails, some of which contained classified information, or was simply mistaken.
