Iranian Jewish lawmaker: Netanyahu is an ‘insane vampire’

The Jewish MP in Iran’s parliament accused Netanyahu of being an “insane vampire” in response to the Israeli leader’s statement that the Iranian regime will fail in its efforts to destroy the Jewish state.

Siamak Mareh Sedq, the Jewish member of the Iranian parliament, accused Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Tuesday of being an “insane vampire,” according to a report in the semi-official Fars News Agency.

“Netanyahu is an insane vampire drowned in crimes from head to toe, and the recent remarks made by the racist Israeli prime minister is not surprising to me,” he said during an open session in the parliament.

Sedq was referencing Netanyahu’s comments during Purim festivites at a synagogue in Caesarea on Saturday night. The Israeli prime minister said that the current regime in Tehran, “the heir of the Persians,” will fail in its efforts and wishes to destroy the Jewish state just as Haman, a senior official in the Persian empire 2500 years ago, was unsuccessful in his attempts to annihilate the Jewish people.

The official policy of the current regime in Tehran is to reject unequivocally and unconditionally the existence of a Jewish state in the region, which automatically discourages government officials from praising Israel or Israeli leaders. Most recently, an Iranian science professor was sentenced to death simply on suspicion of collaborating with colleagues from enemy states like Israel.
