Palestinian terrorist wounds IDF soldier in attack

A Palestinian terrorist wounded an IDF soldier in a vehicular attack in Gush Etzion.

A Palestinian terrorist on Monday ran his car into an IDF post near Tekoa, in Gush Etzion, moderately wounding an IDF soldier.

The terrorist rammed his car into a pillbox manned by IDF soldiers at the T junction near Tekoa, and then exited his car with a knife in his hand with the intent of stabbing soldiers.

In response, IDF soldiers shot and killed him, with one soldier moderately wounded from a poll that fell on him as a result of the car ramming.

The victim, 20, was taken to Shaare Zedek hospital in Jerusalem with wounds to his legs.

This incident is the latest in a long series of Palestinian terror attacks, which has plagued Israel for over a year, claiming the lives of 47 victims and wounding close to 700.
