Two Palestinians were killed by Israeli forces in two separate violent incidents over the weekend.

In one incident, a Palestinian terrorist sped in his car toward Israeli forces while they were confronting a riot at the Palestinian town of Silwad. The Israeli forces took cover behind concrete blocks and shot and killed the terrorist. No soldiers were wounded in the attack.

Police sappers found a knife in the car, apparently to be used by the terrorist who intended to carry on with his attack after ramming the troops with his car.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health identified the man as 20-year-old Mohammed Abdel Rahman Ayad from Silwad.

Earlier in the day, a terrorist sped toward soldiers and police at the Qalandia checkpoint north of Jerusalem in an attempt to run them down. He then got out of his car and started to charge the Israeli troops and was shot in the foot by Israeli forces, who then arrested him. No Israelis were hurt.

He was identified as a man in his 30s from the Palestinian village of Turmus Aya.

Later on Friday, the IDF said troops killed a Palestinian at the border in the Gaza Strip who attempted to breach the border fence with Israel.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health identified that man as Mahmoud Mohammed Saeed Alagha, from Khan Younis in Gaza. The Hamas terror group later said Alagha was a 24-year-old member of the Hamas.

The IDF said the man was part of a crowd of 100 people who took part in “a violent riot” and attempted to damage the fence.

These incidents were followed by a Palestinian stabbing attack in the town of Ra’anana in central Israel, in which a Palestinian terrorist stabbed and wounded three Israeli civilian. the terrorist was subsequently arrested by police forces.

These incidents were the latest in a long series of almost daily Palestinian terror attacks  that have plagued Israelis over the course of the past three months, claiming the lives of 21 victims and wounding some 250.
