A bomb tied to balloons floated into an IDF base in southern Israel on Saturday.

Although rockets are no longer raining down on Israel, terrorists continue to release fire balloons, which burn crops and nature reserves. Three such fires were reported on Thursday.

Israel Police sappers deactivated the explosive device. No one was injured in the incident.

“If you see a suspicious object, report it immediately to the police,” a police statement said.

According to Arutz7, Arab sources said that the bomb was one of 30 sent simultaneously released into Israel.

The IDF reported that the border with the Gaza Strip was relatively quiet on Saturday, despite the explosive device landing in an IDF base.
