The link between the Palestinian Authority’s incitement to terror and the actual carrying out of attacks has again been documented as IDF forces found incitement materials in the home of 24-year-old Muhammad Ibrahim Jibril, who injured an Israeli soldier in a car-ramming attack south of Jerusalem Monday.
